Title: Lemon Mustard Dressing

Yield: 1 Recipe

4tbLemon juice
1 Garlic clove; crushed
2tsSugar
2tsDijon mustard
100mlOlive or sunflower oil
  Salt and pepper

Put the lemon juice into a bowl and stir in the garlic, sugar and mustard. Gradually stir in the oil until it begins to thicken and carry on stirring until the dressing amalgamates. Season to taste with salt and pepper and leave to stand for a little while before using.
